In order to be authorised to use the EDOC system, you must carry out a system and certification training course. This training lasts for a full day, and includes the technical use of EDOC and licensing in The Puzzle DISC and The Carrot, as well as an introduction to other tools. It is aimed at consultants/trainers who work internally with training at a company or those who need to use the tools within their operations for any other reason.
